Instructions
- Dry your teeth. You can do this by means of a cloth or paper.
- Open the pouch and peel the whitening strip off the foil.
- Place the strips and face the gelside to the surface of the teeth.
- Keep strip on teeth for 30 mins.
- Remove the strips from your teeth. Brush the remainder of the strips off your teeth with toothpaste (recommended) or water.
