Instructions
- Cover your teeth with the whitening gel. Don’t use too much gel, it doesn’t help fasten the results.
- Put the mouthpiece in your mouth and hold the power button until the LED-light turn on. There’s a built-in timer and the LED-light will go off on its own in about 15 minutes.
- Remove the mouthpiece and rinse your mouth with water.
